The kitchen features an Oliveri double undermount sink crafted from moulded granite, which is more durable than most stainless-steel sinks due to its scratch-resistant properties.
The oven is a Westinghouse Pyrolitic self-cleaning oven that doubles as a steam oven and an air fryer.
The stovetop is a Westinghouse induction cooktop that features a connected range. So, when the range detects steam, it automatically turns itself on and then turns itself off.
The cooktop features boost features, so you don't need to wait for water to boil; it will boil within 1-2 minutes from cold. It also has a pause feature that allows you to pause the cooking, retaining the heat while doing something else.
The dishwasher is an LG Dual Zone. It is quiet, the racks can be removed and moved about.
The owner is happy to sell the refrigerator separately.
It is a Samsung Family Hub. It has a screen that you can add apps to, like the Ring doorbell. It contains a library of recipes; apps like YouTube for cooking videos can be added. The bottom freezers can be adjusted to function as fridges or be used as both. There are zones that you can change for the drawers. It features an instant cooling function. If you're loading it with a lot of food, simply press the button, and the fridge cools down instantly, making your food colder faster. The screen also displays the time and weather, and it can act as a Bluetooth speaker for playing music. Essentially, it’s a smart fridge that can be used as a tablet.
Laundry & Storage
- The laundry is fully renovated with matching cabinets and marble herringbone splashback.
